Swami
There appears to have been some public domain roms of spina the bee on the internet, but the links to them appear to have been removed or are dead. Is the public domain rom for this still available as Spina the Bee, ZZzz, ZZZzzzz, Sting, Maya, L Abeille or something? Also, can't find it on sale anywhere, except maybe the cart on ebay. dpisacane
I have wondered this for a while, myself. As for that link. I have always been confused, as the room link there goes to a page which doesn't list Spina as an option to download. I would love this rom, myself. Swami
http://www.intellivision.us/intvgames/spina/spina.php The game is not listed there at the rom link. I even checked the wayback machine captures and it was never listed there.

Swami
message sent. Does anybody actually have this prototype rom? There is a video of it on youtube from the same site FDR listed and, of course, the game on cart was being sold at one point by the same (intelligentvision). ebelhaki
I have a copy of the game that you can see in the picture on that page. He sold copies of it several years ago.

mr_me
Not public domain. The rights belonged to Nice Ideas (formerly Mattel Electronics France). Based on this interview, I think Nice Ideas was aquired by Groupe Steria SCA. Steria had merged into a company known as Sopra Steria. http://www.gamotek.fr/collectionneurs/patrick-aubry/ Edited February 25, 2019 by mr_me
