TheVgaTv
Hey everybody, time for a LONG overdue update on the project. As I'm sure most of you are aware, there were MAJOR printing issues with volume 1. I won't bore you with the details, but long story short is that due to lack of a budget I had to go through a Print on Demand company (IngramSpark, which was the only one to offer a hardback option). This not only made the price of the book sky high, but resulted in a subpar product. As a result sales were lackluster and my royalty was next to nothing on it, which meant that it took me several years (and various digital releases) to finally break even on the project. As you can imagine, this put volumes 2-4 on the back burner to other projects, especially when my printer upped the printing costs. My bills demanded that I spend my spare time on projects that were actually profitable. Fast forward to today, where my situation has changed. I believe I have found a printer that can do high quality work, with glossy interior pages, as well as hardback covers for a reasonable rate. Before I pull the trigger on it though, I wanted to reach out to everyone here and see if there was still interest in the project. If so I'm ready to get the more professional looking book up and printing.

atarifan88
I'm in! I have Volume 1 on my shelf still and it's getting lonely! Off topic: What ever happened to your Atari 2600 YouTube videos? Those were very entertaining and informative! TheVgaTv
I'm in! I have Volume 1 on my shelf still and it's getting lonely! Off topic: What ever happened to your Atari 2600 YouTube videos? Those were very entertaining and informative! When youtube demonetized small channel videos the project got put on the back burner as well. There's a good chance i'll revisit them once I get rolling with the updated books.
