Intellivision music keyboard keys 'sticking'

I bought a music keyboard in great shape and 3 of the keys near the high end. I noticed if I hold the keys up a bit everything works good. I took the keyboard apart and did not see a way to adjust them. It is like they very slightly need bent up.

 

Any suggestions please?

Well, I completely disassembled mine, down to full key removal and all components to the PCB. I think the short answer is the only adjustment I can think up would be to bend the fingers at the tops of the keys a bit to realign them vertically. However, if you remove your keys to do so, be VERY careful when reinstalling them. The plastic in the slot that attaches the tops of the keys to the metal fingers breaks easily and the keys will no longer bounce back up.

 

I plan to put together a comprehensive, pic-heavy post about my experience. I will try to put it all together this weekend since you've inspired me to share my findings to help a fellow Inty Synth owner!

I would be interested in that post. I have a synth that has three keys that all press down together if I remember correctly. Seems like it might be fixable. Would love to see the steps of tearing it down before I wing it.

I took one of mine apart last night and noticed the PCB under the keys was warped up right where the keys are sticking. If I press down on the PCB to get it flat they work great. Now I need to figure out how to keep the board flat.. hm...
