TXG/MNX #2 Posted June 25, 2003 my TT is for sale (sniff ),: Has 4Mb ram, 1Gb hard disk and PTC1426 colour multisync monitor http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...item=3031691963 this machine is possibly a prototype as its an early model with different case badge and originally had TOS 3.1 (now been upgraded.) System doesn't look much like a prototype to me. I know Atari made several systems under different labels. Mostly did depend on the market. I have seen systems like the 1040 that were the same as the 520 system only the casing was different. I think there were also Atari 4096ST systems sold in the UK they are not even on the list at Atari as new machines. It just were 4Mb versions of the 1040ST so don't look at the label only. Open the system to identify it as prototype... TXG/MNX
Tempest #3 Posted June 25, 2003 What's the serial number on the system? Mine is in the 600's and it doesn't have that label. Tempest
