9640News
I need a bit of help to make sure I identify the parts correctly. Matt posted at https://www.jedimatt42.com/geneve.html a description for the parts for the GenMod switch box used on the Geneve. Can someone point me towards the particular connector I would need on Digikey. The description is a 2.54mm spaced (01x04_Female) connector that is needed. Maybe I am overthinking it. Also, the switches which Matt describes as a SPST (NO) switch. Any guidance would be appreciated. I realize I could cut the old connector off and replace with new connectors, however due to the fragile nature of the GenMod, I do not want to do any unnecessary strain on that wiring while everything is working. Much appreciation for feedback. Beery
jedimatt42
XT AUTO On/Off Mini Miniature Toggle Switch Car Dash Dashboard SPST 2Pin Pack of 10 https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B06XDMBP1H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_vMQOCbXWZ64MB And for the connector I was suggesting something like this: Pin Connector 620PCS, Dupont JST Housing Male Female Connector Kit 2.54mm https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07F66VC5P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_aPQOCb9FJSZ6F BUT LET ME RECHECK the 2.54mm spacing again when I get home!!! On a train right now. -M@
jedimatt42
Ok, yes, the 1x4 variant of those Dupont connectors will work fine. -M@

9640News
Thanks for the photos. The only thing I have left to acquire is a box to hold the switches. I think I have one, just gotta find it and then make a label for it. Beery
Ksarul
Do the JEDEC files from those GALs still exist anywhere within the community?
