Unitor-2 of C-Lab or eMagic is a very valuable accessory for musicians, it provides two MIDI IN ports and two MIDI OUT ports that add to the IN and OUT ports of the computer, and it also produces SMPTE synchronization (towards or from other SMPTE devices), it also has a multiport to link it to other C-Lab or eMagic devices and a dongle cartridge connector on the front that is an extension of the ROM port for Atari computer cartridges. Unitor-2, in addition to working with the Notator and Creator programs, also has drivers for use with Cubase.
These utilities for musicians are attached to the device:
- CD "Notator, Unitor-2 and PolyFrame". It contains a collection of music software and manuals (in PDF format) in Spanish, English and other languages. PolyFrame is a universal editor of synthesizers and sound modules. The Notator manual has a chapter that explains in detail all the functions of Unitor. Also included is a video tutorial in English explaining the operation of Notator, converted to MP4 from its original old VHS tape.
- Diskette with the Cubase v2 MCA program (no dongle required) to immediately test the operation of the device.
