If they had one it would have been on one of their collections or a licensed product before the collector's prototype was dumped and leaked.

Maybe.  It's a game with no name recognition outside of the arcade collecting and emulation communities, so the effort involved with including it vs. howevermany sales it might generate probably isn't worth it.

Having said that, @Atariboy is right: Atari never did much to preserve their own history.  Chances are that Atari SA didn't even know that they owned this IP until someone came to them looking to licence it.

There are 150 titles on the three volume atari flashback classics.  Do they all have name recognition.

Back in 1984 when Tramiel purchased all the Atari IP;  i wonder what, if anything, was delivered to him related to the arcade games; any source code archives, eproms, prototypes, etc.

Atari Games kept all of the archives of coin-op.  Atari Corporation got the archives of the consumer and home computer divisions.  Atari Corp had the rights to all arcade games made before the sale date.  This includes Akka Arrh.  There was a battle over marble madness as it was in development before the sale date but not released until after.

If no materials of the arcade games were delivered to Tramiel / Atari Corp, how can they preserve that history going forward.

They don't.  People like the late Curt Vendel and projects like MAME do.  Atari SA has no interest in Atari's history beyond what they can licence out to anyone who will pay them to do so.

On the contrary Atari SA has interest because as x=user(1536) said that's how they make money.  It was Atari Inc and Atari Corp back in the 1980s that allowed all that source code and other materials to disappear.  At the time these games either had their time and made their money or failed in the market to begin with.  At that time people wanted new games not old ones.  And yes thanks to Curt Vendel and others who thought differently.

The next game coming from Arcade 1up is another prototype:

About Xari Arena

Xari Arena is an original, unreleased game for the Atari 5200 that was programmed by John Seghers back when he was working for Atari. The game never saw release, and an earlier version has been available for some time in digital form. Xari Arena is one of the few unique titles for the Atari 5200 that was not released on any other platforms.

Archivist Ken Van Mersbergen recently uncovered a newer version of the game, and one of the changes was the addition of Trak-Ball support

This will be included on another unit they have.

Is arcade1up coming out with a home console collection?

Technically, all atari 5200 trakball games are analog joystick games.  The atari 5200 trakball emulates an analog joystick and doesn't output true trackball signals from its connector.

It is a nice collection of games.  Buttons are on the wrong side of the trackball for missile command.

They mapped the buttons to the left also, but the layout is slightly skewed. Having to using the

2 player start for one of the missile bases.

Reviews have been decent:
