I know there is a homebrew but I found one on eBay that says cbs electronics on it was it released back in the 80's ?

No. There's homebrew packaging for this game (among others) that uses the CBS style.

Blurriest photos ever attached to that listing, but that is the Collectorvision release. It is not from the '80s.

Oh ok I thought the collectorvision one had a taito arcade on the box. They must have made two different versions.
