Never tryed it on lynxman cart, but my game Xump for Lynx should work and support the saves on the EEPROM.

It's free and you can find it on retroguru site in the Xump page.

Let me know if it works if you decide to try it.

But AG has more

I've also got Eggsavier's Cackleberry Rescue and Turkey Puncher 3: Hyper Punching (including their source code) over at GitHub - https://github.com/ikromin/atarilynx/releases

OK thanks guys, sure are some good games in the those lists to try out

So far i have been trying to upload a couple of them to the flashcard which according to the screen messages is ok

But when i try the card in the Lynx, i get the "insert game" message

Lynx is fine with any other original game

What am i doing wrong?

Go here :

https://atarigamer.com/lynx/game/ABugsLynxeJagFest2018Edition/504071612

Download ROM, you should get a .lnx file

Make sure your flashcard is setup for LNX (not LYX) and 256kb (not 128 or 512) and that baudrate is accurate (if you see the menu option when pressing Anykey, it is OK)

Write game to the flashcard, it should work

You can also test games here :https://atarigamer.com/explore/rom-only-homebrews

or both aYstuna in my sig

Basically, you have to verify the file type is accurate with flashcard setup (LNX/LYX or O), the size is correct

Only problem. Some people decide to release .lnx files without header on the web. so, if you flash them with .lnx setting, it will fail. so, if you lnx file is exactly 128k or 256k or 512k and not 128k+64 bytes etc, you have to select lyx and not lnx.

you can try this FREE downloads, without copyright infringement:

You are in bin/lyx mode.

You have to switch to lnx mode before trying to write a .lnx rom.

To do so, after display of menu via Anykey, press l on your computer, and press Anykey again in order to chaeck that ther is [X] before lnx and not [l]

Then you can write a rom to the flashcard :

press w

Wait for message then Send file (one that Sage linked should be fine)

I really should write a tutorial for this I think. I've got two of the flash carts but haven't been using them (using Karri's blank and the programmer board instead - since it's much easier but that method is limited to 512k flash).

This tutorial by LX.net might be useful too - https://atarilynxdeveloper.wordpress.com/2016/01/16/upgrading-lynxmans-atari-lynx-flashcard/

Why you don´t ask Lynxman? Maybe you will find this guy in the AA Forum.

Oh wait, I am this guy. :-D

First change the setting "Newline at" to "CR+LF".

Did you read the manual? Maybe it will help. ;)

Please send the "s" command to get the systeminfo.

Please provide a screenshot.

Depend on the Firmware installed, automode is implemented.

If the header is correct, you don´t need to care about the memory setting.

Latest Firmware for 1.913 is V6.40

Please note: i found a little bug in the Firmware. After Firmware update or if you perform reset, you have to change the memory setting 1 time to make sure the FlashCard is working well.

I will release a Firmware with bugfix soon.

Please note: I made my FlashCard design for development. Anyway, you can play all games released. As long as no game is bigger then 512k, it will work.

Also is that an I or l ?!!? an i OR L

I tried both but couldn't get it to change to an X before.lnx

1) your FlashCard is running the FIrmware 6.20

Please update to 6.40 (follow the link in my signature)

2) change the Newline setting! Change it!!! The menu is much better to read and so it is easier to understand.

(Why don´t take a look into the manual? Two guys (thank you Randy again) had hours of work to make it!)

With "File -> save" you can save the setting of HTERM
