That's the plan, at least for those in the US.

And the image-download will be ready at the same time then, right? That users from other countries can also play the full version of the game in their christmas holiday and not only in the middle of january when the package arrives there?

Unlikely, sorry.

Galagon arrived a couple of days ago... finally got a chance to play it for a while this evening.  Amazing work.  So balanced for an Atari 2600 game.  Never imagined seeing something with this much diversity on the Atari.

This is the first current production game I have bought for the Atari... I plan to do this more often.  This isn't just nostalgia overload talking, as this is a really high quality product in so many ways.

I don't know what inspires Champ Games to do something like this, but I am very glad something does.

Is this available as a digital purchase or just physical cart?
Just physical at the moment. I love the idea of purchasing digital versions as well as physical copies. Those will be available sometime in the near future via the AA store when the site gets a software update.

Good deal. As excited as I am about Galagon I just can't justify spending $50 on an Atari 2600 game in 2020. Plus, I prefer to stay with digital as I'm out of space for carts and discs :)
