Alien invaders channel f, rom detached from board, any advice?

so I have a copy of alien invaders for the channel f doesn't work, their was rattle in the cart so I opened it up.

The set up was like those epoxy blobs, but without the epoxy, and the actual wafer was detach from the pcb.

Anyone have any experience with this situation?

Any ideas on how to fix it?
