Lode Runner English hack

I thought I would share Lode Runner English hack from a original STX file. I was not able to get it 100% translated, there are two areas where I cannot change the text, At the bottom right of the game screen, and in a scene in between two levels. But all the rest are translated to English! Enjoy.
