You can add our Millionaire to the list. We released a cross-platform tool to create your own question sets and build a binary.

 

Have any question sets been released yet? Kinda surprised not to see an Atari specific set yet.

So far, sets for different languages have been released, including Czech, Polish or Spanish. No topic-focused sets so far.

2A. Games with built-in construction kits on the Atari that allows you to save and load own levels/tracks

2B. Ditto but for the PC (probably no such program has ever existed?)

 

3A. Third party construction kits, level editors and map tools on the Atari that lets you link your levels with the original game

3B. Third party CK's, level editors on map tools on a modern PC that lets you link it with the original Atari game
