bohoki
late nite youtoobin lead me to "world of sports" on the amstrad and wham there was that oddball bmx game i though it was some kind of one off creation since every other version of california games was that dirt track full of logs and tires and not this hilly lawn of death with haybails you all probably know this but it was shocking to see lynx bmx on another system
Turbo Laser Lynx
How interesting, nice find! I had to check it up and I must say the movement, scrolling and the animations are sooo much better done on the Lynx. Not that unrealistic "8-bit" movement/animation can't be really fun and entertaining too.
Lost Dragon
This could of been a showcase title for the Amstrad GX4000/CPC+ range, but only 4 events and the BMX section being over so quickly, really killed it. Crying shame as you can see it had plenty of potential.

+karri
That would be a great entry to the Lynx 30 years competition. Any takers?
Tempest
Every time someone mentions California Games, this video comes to mind... That may be the funniest thing I've seen in some time. I think they nailed the zeitgeist of the Facebook/Youtube era perfectly.
power
I remember playing all the California games to death on the Lynx, some of the tricks you can pull off by clipping things just the right way can lead to insane scores. Each event is easy to play and difficult to master.
akira666
After all these years, I still learn something new in the Lynx games.
+davidcalgary29
After all these years, I still learn something new in the Lynx games. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9MD1BSLZZ0 That’s a nice port, but it makes the Lynx version, with all of its added touches, especially impressive in comparison. I’m still amazed by how much thought and care Epyx put in to its (Handy) Lynx titles.
