How are they when it comes to online service? The EB Games store near me has the worst customer relations of all the videogame specialty stores near me.

Thanks for the info. I'm tempted to order some games from them because that is a pretty reasonable price.

No River City Ransom offered?

I'd kill to get a copy of that game. Literally!

I didn't even have to kill for mine. I bought it off somebody online for a few bucks.

Then what are you doing on AtariAge? j/k ;)

As good as emulation has gotten (and as nice as it is to see it on many platforms including modern consoles) it's always still going to be emulation. It doesn't have the visceral response putting in a cartridge and hitting the on switch does, and the console will always look and play JUST a little bit better. :D

I have been extra pleased with ordering some used DC stuff from them. Prices were OK, and shipping was very fast. I'll say that telephone customer service went above and beyond for me on one occasion to add in an additional game to my open order (instead of me placing a separate order), so I wouldn't have to pay additional shipping. I even got the 20% discount on that item just like the rest of that order already had on it from a coupon code I used. I thought that was pretty cool. 8)

I've purchased several NEW items from EB online in the past just to make sure I get the bonus item. Always got good service, good product, and not too high a shipping fee.

Reason I ordered from them online was because I got ticked off at my local EB not too long ago and let them know about it. On a couple of occasions I would pre-order something from them and you were supposed to get a T-Shirt or bonus disk or some other gift when the game arrived and I never received them; was told they didn't receive enough etc. A friend of mine has a son who worked at an EB at one time and he said the employee's would grab up a lot of the bonus items for themselves; said one employee made quite a haul selling Tomb Raider watches and Zelda: Ocarina of Time GC disks on eBay.

But overall, EB Online and the area EB Games are pretty good places to shop.
