I was wondering if anyone dumped the new version of the Atari 2600 prototype of Turbo?

Was the new version ever released? I kind of lost track of that whole thing. It was supposed to have the original version and an updated version right?

The prototype is frustrating as you can't really tell that you're moving and the enemy cars come so fast it's hard to avoid them. I don't remember the arcade being like that, but it's been like decades since I've played it.

Yeah. And its a great game actually. I usually find myself playing both versions on the cart whenever I plug it in. The original proto version is a little rough around the edges, but it is still very playable.
