I've tried searching Google and other sites. Are replacement cartridge connectors still available for sale for the Jaguar?

Have you tried cleaning it yet? If not, definitely clean it before going the replacement route. Isopropyl alcohol using the "card method" and a t-shirt or even a Jag game with a decent amount of isopropyl on the contacts and repeated in and out motions should clean it up for ya.
