ColecoVision Hover Bovver?

So I ran across this old 2013 post in the Atari 8 bit section where the poster says he saw Jeff Minter at a convention playing the ColecoVision Version of Hover Bovver. Did this exist for sale ever or did the guy mean Commodore 64 and typed ColecoVision by mistake or anybody out there know if it was a one-off rom from minter?

there is a rough demo i played for coleco but I wouldn't by any stretch call it a finished hover bovver. He probably meant c64

That is cool. It would still be cool if Jeff Minter made a ColecoVision port.
