TRS-80 with video ram issues?

Hey all,

 

I've found a TRS-80 that I may be able to make my own. It looks in great condition although the image is garbled on the screen. Looks like a video RAM issue, right?

 

If so, what video RAM chips do I need to repair it? And where can I get them?

You need to be more specific. I,III,4,4P,4D,II,12,16,6000,100,102,200,mc-10,coco1,coco2,coco3,2000...get the idea?

Also what kind of video issue?  Text messed up, graphics, random characters?  Does it respond to keyboard commands?
