+kheller2
I was rummaging around on an old Mac laptop of mine and came across a folder entitled XE_Sales. I have no idea where I obtained the data but it seems to list XE title sales from 86-90. If this hasn't been posted before I'll gladly do so. It feels like something off the mainframe.. Maybe Curt posted this at one time. +davidcalgary29
Wow, those are terrible numbers! I'd love to know if they were complete, though, as I can't believe that I was one of only 164 lucky buyers of Necromancer on cart during that period of time. _The Doctor__
are we sure this isn't a state / region report... Edited August 15, 2019 by _The Doctor__
Mclaneinc
Those numbers seem very low, Caverns of Mars 0, ok it was out some time but zero sales, as Doc says, must be a specialised report..

Perhaps those zero sale titles weren't available for sale during that time period, but may have been in 1988. I don't remember seeing any of those older titles for sale in Canada as part of the XEGS line at that point.
+orpheuswaking
If this report is accurate Mario Bros should be a MUCH easier title to obtain

You can see why the XE's were dropped in the 1990, but why they kept the 8bits going in 1984. There were still strong sales of cart software and games going on, but yeah, I abandoned my 800 for and ST in Early 1987 and many others did the same or moved on to the Amiga, Mac, or pC.
