+GoldenWheels
Always enjoyed talking 7800 with him here. Got some really neat 8bit stuff from him once, awesomely nice guy to deal with.

+Karl G
I see the page has the ability to leave condolences/memories. Maybe someone who knew him well enough to consider him a friend could write something positive about him there on behalf of the community?

RevEng
He was a good hearted guy, and a long-time supporter of the 7800 scene. In fact, he confirmed that my first 7800basic test code worked on real hardware. I don't recall ever seeing a single negative post from him, about anything. Just a nice guy. I agree whole-heartedly with Stephen. In addition to remembering our fallen friend, we should take this as a reminder to embrace family members, appreciate each other, and complete any work we don't wish to leave behind. RIP Mark.
TailChao
Really unfortunate news. I do want to echo the sentiments above - he always always very polite and supportive, even when we didn't agree on something. May he rest in peace.
Lost Dragon
My deepest condolences to his close friends and family. I never knew him personally, just swapped posts with him on here over the years. But he was one of the nicest souls i have had the humble pleasure to encounter on here and i was horrified to hear he was terminally ill when the news broke. He's been taken from us all too soon. R.I.P...you will be missed a great deal.

NostAlgae37
45 is way too young, that is a terrible shame. I didn't know him, but it is a sad loss for the community here and the people that he was friends with.

+jeremiahjt
I just bought some XE stuff from him a couple of months ago. I knew he was sick, but I did not know how bad it was. He was trying to sell as much as could before he died for his wife. Not sure if it was more for the monetary aspect or so she would not have to deal with his collection. He was a really nice guy and went above and beyond in our transaction.

I guess we never know when one of our posts could be our last post ever. R.I.P. You will Not be forgotten.
+save2600
Same here, didn't know him outside of AA, but always looked forward to his posts about the 7800. Had a way of presenting most of the games in a positive, but realistic light. Could tell he was a true game player with a love and passion for Atari. RIP Mark!
imstarryeyed
I am always saddened whenever anyone on this board is ill or passes. Everyone here IS the community and everyone is important to it. I said a prayer for him, may he rest in peace.
