Help identify these eeprom carts...

I believe these are for the Atari 8-bit. Can anyone tell me if this is true, and who made these games? I couldn't find them listed anywhere...so I am not sure they are really for the 8 bit, the 7800, 5200 or 2600? or another console. Check out this picture.

I believe those are Bally Astrocade cartridge roms.
