Looks like I did. It's seems to be it's 75 for trademarks and 95 for copyrights before 1978. I guess were not Popeye for smash ultimate. ?

Depends on the country whether it's death+50, death+75 or death+95.  (Or 50, 100, 120 if it's corporately owned)

There is a Popeye-themed game for the Game Boy Advance called Popeye: Rush for Spinach, which is an on-foot 2D racing game with Popeye, Bluto, Olive Oyl and Wimpy.
