I usually hate it when people wrap up freely available tools like that (to say nothing of teh romz) and sell them for profit, but $5 shipped is perfectly reasonable for avoiding a little effort.

Yep collect free things. Sell for profit. I can see if it is something you can't find easily like a real disk for an old computer.. but for available roms and a free emu it seems silly to pay.

 

Also you probably already have most of it.

I agree completely. Counterpoint: five bucks. I would buy this if I didn't know how to do it on my own.

 For 5 bux it might be a decent time saver even for those who do know how but don't want to spend so much time searching it all out.  I mean really, I don't even change my own oil anymore.

i have a script i wrote on for the Pi that pulls the source files, does all the copies and such to setup ti99sim on a retropie setup with emulationstation.  

 

somewhere.  I would have to find it and it probably needs updated.

I bought the TRS-80 version.  Not bad for 5 bux.  Turn on the RPi and you are in Newdos 80 in 12 seconds flat... playing some of the best TRS-80 games in less than a minute.
