Stella PAL60 mode running at 59.5 Hz ?

Hi, I noticed that the Stella emulator shows a refresh-rate of 59.5Hz when running PAL60 games.

While I assume that is the correct refresh-rate, I don't understand the reason for this. Where is that .5Hz lost?

Different clock rates.  From my blog post about NTSC/PAL/SECAM detection in Draconian:

60Hz * 1.182298 / 1.193182 = 59.5Hz
