0078265317
I have seen lots of clones but none like this. Just found this. Has anyone ever seen one like this. Its a car and the cart goes in the back as seen in pic 2. I have heard of dendy but don't remember this one. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F163887987929
godslabrat
I haven't seen that one before. Interesting but more than I'd pay.
Magmavision2000
I think I saw one of these in a YouTube video talking about bootlegs, but I've never seen one on eBay. Still wouldn't buy it. They literally just took a remote controlled car gutted it and put a Famicom in it. Sounds cool, but it would probably overheat and melt the car. DragonGrafx-16
Nice that it has composite as standard. I do want to grab a real Famicom at some point... most of my Famicom games work just fine in my NES with an adapter but Twinbee 3 (which uses a special memory chip) crashes a lot, but works fine in my Power Joy Famiclone.

jhd
If this was a Dendy from the Russian/Eastern European market, why are the ports labeled in English? I would expect Cyrillic lettering. Is anyone else reminded of those 1990s VHS tape rewinders that had shells molded to look like sports cars?
CatPix
Dendy was merely relabelling Korean-made stuff. Even many Soviet products meant for export were labeled in english or english and cyrillic.
carlsson
Yes, all the images of regular Dendy Famiclones I can find, have all the labels and text in English. Feel free to point me towards a picture of one with Cyrllic text.
Bratwurst
That's an old Famiclone, I believe there's pictures of a red one on |tsr's Nes Archive even, and the headlights light up when the thing is powered on.

What's different you may ask? Original Steepler Dendy famiclones (and other famicolnes of the era) have NES PPU clones inside and have a very close motherboard, no NOAC stuff. Also, early steepler Dendy ones have SECAM RF output, current clones only have PAL RF or no RF output.
