Lost Dragon
Missed this one until now. Yet another Imagitec Design source who worked on Raiden, yet no mention of a Panther version. Looks like the brother (Martin) is a bigger bullshitter than I first thought :-)) Amount of Ex-Imagitec Design sources from the Panther/Jaguar era now, with no Panther experience underlines that (must be into double figures now). I actually found yet another old Imagitec Design interview from back in the day. Martin Hooley and "Piglet" interviewed.. Martin honest enough to admit both Jaguar Dino Dudes and Raiden were simply "good" games, rather than anything special, but when he said Jaguar Raiden was better than the Coin-Op,rather than Imagitec's take on it and he assumed Raiden II would be ported to the Jaguar,so he didn't want to upstage that,by making the original Raiden on Jaguar too amazing, he just lost any remaining shred of credibility. The guy is a total mouthpiece. His brother seems a lot more down to earth by comparison. Huge thanks to all involved for bringing this one to the community.
