Thomas Jentzsch
After finding this video on YT, I looked up the auction (from Germany!). And this is not the only one! The full games list: Amoeba Jump Climber 5 Crazy Balloon Defend your Castle Dogwalk Dungeon 2 Falldown Fix it Felix Joyride Nightrider Pacman 4K Rasterfahndung Seawolf Sheep it up Squish Em Tower Of Rubble So some brand new or even unreleased games. Since I strongly doubt this is legal, someone who own the rights should contact eBay. Edited October 24, 2019 by Thomas Jentzsch

+Gemintronic
Does this get worse towards the holiday season or are unauthorized repros just a random unfortunate thing?

No, although I have seen various pirate homebrew multicarts coming up more recently. I don't think the holidays have anything to do with it. ..Al
s0c7
Permission for Dungeon II was not given. I even have a "no compilations" in the legal section of the text version of the manual in the game thread. Very sneaky. Specifically doesn't mention any of the newer games in the listing, but has links to the YouTube video.

Looks like you have to take them down one by one. The same seller is also selling Activision games multicarts. Thomas Jentzsch
Its not only the seller who is responsible, but also the people who buy from him. I would comment on the YT video like Al did if I had an account. Edited October 25, 2019 by Thomas Jentzsch

The only reliable way of getting such auctions taken down is to file a VeRO or DMCA report. ..Al

s0c7
Looking at his feedback history, he's also been selling compilations of original era games. So I doubt this is just a one-off. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Atari-VCS-2600-16in1-Top-Games-MultiCartridge-Vol-1-/163890904276 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Atari-2600-16in1-MultiCartridge-Vol-2-Top-Games-/163895064356
s0c7
Looks like he's updated the listing with the below (not helping his case): NTSC-Users: The PAL-Games on this Cartridge will work on your NTSC-System, but the colors are different. If you need a NTSC-Version of this Cartridge, please let me know. NTSC contains most of the listed games. Some are PAL-only and will be replaced with games like Halo 2600. That's fine, if he's still reading the thread, then he's quite aware that he's including homebrew games against the wishes of the authors, yet the auction still remains. ..Al
Thomas Jentzsch
He is pretty impertinent. Someone should tell him a lesson. Maybe we should inform Activision, their lawyers are extremely rigorous and efficient.
Thomas Jentzsch
2nd one down too. And YT video has no reference to the pirate cart anymore.
