Machine
Any hints on how to play this game? I bought a sealed copy 4-5 years ago and just now opened it. I am usually good at games, but this one has me scratching my head. Any gameplay hints???
Hyper_Eye
When you zap a piece that is the same color as you that piece is eliminated as well as any matching pieces behind it. Once your zapper hits a piece that is not the same color as you the color will be traded. If you are green and shoot a blue the piece you zapped becomes green and you become blue. So if you are looking at a whole line of purple and you are green you can find a purple piece to shoot so that you become purple and then you can clear that line. That's pretty much it.
doctor_shred
This is another game I've literally not picked up for 15 years or more. I remember quite liking it but being more into Flip Out as a puzzler on the Jag. I have not figured out the best scoring system but here's something to bet the ball rolling: 82,700.
Rick Dangerous
16,900 May as well start there; took me a few warm ups to even get that score...lol
doctor_shred
There's definitely a lot of risk and reward in this game. If you clear the pieces as they appear you can clock up a reasonable score but if you hang on for full lines the points rack up much faster. The only problem is they start to encroach on the centre all at the same time and things get manic. Next score: 130,
TheActivisionary
I’m trying to run Zoop! in virtualjaguar 2.1.0 on my Mac and every time I boot up to rom the screen turns red following the “liscensed to Atari” logo. Anyone know a fix to this, or know a place where I can download a working rom? Thanks in advance. Edit: forgot to mention I am new to virtualatari, so there is a chance I could have just be doing something dumb/not loading the rom properly Edited November 3, 2019 by TheActivisionary

Hyper_Eye
@TheActivisionary There is a newer build of virtual jaguar for Mac here: http://virtualjaguar.kicks-ass.net/builds/vj-2.1.3-osx.zip Zoop still doesn't start for me though. doctor_shred
Addictive and stressful at the same time. Next score 240,700. I still prefer KLAX on the Lynx. Best puzzle game on an Atari system IMHO. 1
