Is this the "FREE DECAL" from M Network?

In some of its games, M Network included an insert (pic attached) with an offer to send away for a free decal.  I'm also attaching a picture of an M Network decal that I came across.  Does anyone know if this is the decal associated with this offer?  Did anyone ever send away for it?  Thanks.

Speaking of M-Network... I really hate their 2600 cartridge shells... they're just Intellivision shells with an adapter on the end.

Thanks, Rom.  It's the only M Network decal I'm seeing online, so it could be the one.  And both the insert and decal have a 1982 copyright year, so maybe.

I had one of those decals. I can't remember if I sent away for it or not. It seems like I did.
