Sancho/Panda/Froggo confusion

In my opinion, Sancho/Panda/Froggo are the three most confusing companies ever. First, about Sancho. Sancho was probably a tiny Taiwanese electronic company because they were known as Tang's Electronic Co. So how would all their games be original? I mean, a company with only ten to twenty employees should only have the capability to pirate games. But they managed to create seven games. And on top of that, all seven games are completely original in concept and gameplay! How would Sancho have the manpower?

Next, about Panda. They are relatively unknown, right? I reckon that they probably had the money to create original games. But they created none. So would Panda be too lazy to create original games, not enough manpower, or was Panda just another pirate company like Suntek that ran on one person?

Finally, about Froggo. Froggo was a Mountain View, Silicon Valley company. They definitely had the power to create original games. And they did create 2 for the Atari 7800. Water Ski and Tank Command were innovative and fun. But why wouldn't they create any originals for the 2600? I mean, they for sure had the people to do it.

So my question is, How did Sancho, a Taiwanese electronic company have enough power to only create original games, Panda and Froggo, two American companies not create any original games? Were they lazy, not motivated, bankrupt, or Suntek?

I’ve always been somewhat baffled by these companies as well. And it’s much harder to confirm the origins of these games without knowing who programmed them and/or when. But there are some things that are blatantly obvious. Leaving another companies name displayed on screen would NOT have been done by a legit US company, selling the game in a US market, withOUT permission from that company. While an overseas company wouldn’t give a crap.
