However, you have to tell them an upper limit before hand. I'm not going to have a lot of luck googling a Brazil to France Package Forwarder with American Google, but you can probably track one down with the French google. I've ordered stuff using package forwarding and bidding from France, Japan, Germany and even Canada when the guy refused to ship across the border into the USA. I would order from Europe more, but it is so bad to pay $70 shipping and $20 service for some $40-$100 1-2kg item that would be $12 shipping in the US.
