Maxflash Cart Studio - preview with Altirra?

Been using MaxFlash studio for years, had it with the default configuration to use Atari800WinPlus.  Just set up a new computer, installed Maxflash studio, but want this new install to work with Altirra. Can't get it to work. Set the preview config under tools to use Altirra, with command line -xl -cart "%TARGETCAR%". Altirra just gives an error that it can't find the file "cart". This is on a Win10 machine. Any ideas?

Actually mine is set-up like this;

altirra /kernel:xl /hardware:800xl "%targetcar%"

aren't Windows command line switches indicated with a '/',  e.g.  altirra /cart <stuff>?
