I think it's available on a number of platforms, but it's a Genesis game at it's heart. I bought the Genesis cartridge and got the rom for free, so I was able to play it on my Mega SG right away. I have played the rom on my EDx7 on my model 1 and it is really difficult for me as well. I've yet to get past area 3 in the game. Do you prefer the 3-button or 6-button layout? MantaNZ Posted December 4, 2019 Share Posted December 4, 2019 I have been hooked to this game for a while. I play it on my Mega Drive (60Hz modded) and my Xbone. I think I've gotten to level 5/7 ONCE. It's super tough but so much fun. Oh and I'm in the game as a hostage, too. Haha. Side note: BEST SOUNDTRACK EVER!!!!!! I have reached out to Bitmap who will look into it. Anyone in North America, particularly Canada got their copy yet and when did yours leave the UK? I was thinking they were aiming at December for that, but maybe I'm confusing it with something else I ordered. So far, I just have the rom they emailed a while back. c0op3r Posted December 9, 2019 Share Posted December 9, 2019 I order my Sega Genesis boxed version and the NeoGeo MVS version a while ago and have heard nothing from my online order, but i was in the UK about 2 weeks ago and contacted them about picking them up local. I was informed at the time that they were waiting on parts, so I dont think it will be soon for me, I am ok with it though, something to look forward to. I'm also happy to report that it works perfectly with the Genesis Flashback HD (2018). It's great to see a modern game that works as it should without protections that break its compatibility with many of our modern consoles. Awesome game all around.
