No card swap etc. If I get it correct, you want to connect to PC via IDE port. And that's not possible really, and you will not find such adapter. IDE is not for connection between computers, and can not work with longer cables. What is possible and can get HW and SW for is: NetUsBee adapter for cartridge port. TOS/DOS compatible hard disk driver and partitioner, so you can attach CF card to PC via USB card reader, and access partitions on it.
