Nope - the French Canadian version has dual language labels on it and was distributed by Coleco (Canada) and not CBS. If this has NTSC output then this is a CBS shell made for the European market that has had a North American motherboard put in it. So, my guess is this is something Telegames likely put together in the late 80's.
