It's h264 output from Altirra. Try Brave ?

C64 version... (h264 from the same machine but compressed with different software)

Looks like their best attempt to make it Geneva-Convention compliant.

...Can't imagine those Human-Rights advocates revolting against Pop... ?

It's set up for 1088K RAMBO memory and XL OS 1.3.... guess that's pretty standard ?

Doesn't matter really, like I posted above it happens on the original Apple2 version although it's able to kill the player and allows the user to restart, which I'm able to do as well with the A8 version.

The lock up part, I've not been able to reproduce, so unless someone has detailed steps, it seems rare enough not to bother with.

When things were so quiet here's what I've been doing:

Just some little pixels had to be changed though is original Spark's picture.

Is it monochrome? Don't think it is.

No need for any credit as is his picture but would be great if used.

So can it be used?

Thanks.

Until I get a chance to look at this on real hardware, I'd say tone color and balance are spot on. I wouldn't change a thing. This really pops! Nice job!

My final one (one proposed on prince's coat to change that down dither to a darker red/purple):

If I could suggest something, I'd make the brightest yellow one step darker to differentiate it more from the white.

Probably yellow a little bit less will look good vs white:

I don't have one anymore so please try on real machine(s).

Didn't ever tried luminance C instead of E but I'm now really convinced it'll look much better and distinguishable to the white.

Thanks.

[Edit] WTF Atari Age why did you cut all my message?

So like I wrote before hitting reply, I tested the last .xex of the image, looks really good on my NTSC 800xl, connected to a Commodore 1702 Monitor with S-Video.

The colours are a little different but I blame the PAL/NTSC differences.

I could have tested my PAL 800xl but my setup is incompatible with PAL video, so it would have been monochrome.

Hey, how do you got .g2f? Yes I know you're the designer of it.

I didn't intend to post it just because was expecting the answer: Yes or No to be used.

No problem but now comes a question:

"So you can 'reverse' .xex image/picture screen into a .g2f? Interesting and never anyone, I think, ever thinked on it (of course if the it had to be done with G2F).

P.s.- Don't want to waste time comparing but yours isn't real equal to mine. Where I don't know but in 'Options' -> 'Check' mine has less one warning ☺️.
