schnuth #2 Posted November 27, 2019 (edited) Hi, do you know what board revision your SDS3 is? If it's a revision B it should be visible somewhere on the PCB. Thanks! Edited November 27, 2019 by schnuth
Cobra Strike Down #3 Posted November 28, 2019 I PMed you, but just in case others want to see, I've attached both sides of the pdb below. I'm not sure where this would be printed (I'm not personally seeing anything that says Rev or Revision). It's a few months old, so I'd imagine it's a newer model. Thanks! schnuth #4 Posted November 28, 2019 Thanks for the pics! In the second photo you can see the letter A (upside down) on the top left. I’m pretty sure this is an original release board and not the B revision. Anyone else want to chime in? Thanks for the pics and good luck with your sale!
Tanooki #5 Posted November 30, 2019 I will say this much, A and B on the PCB aren't a tell so much as the web domain. If it still said the neosdstore.com on there, that's the original dumpster fire that caused them a lot of issues. When they got around to doing the hardware over and trying to fix it, then it changed to saying what your image up there says. I'm not certain which revision of the thing is exactly, but it's not the original one with the big audio and visual artifacting problem at its worst.
Cobra Strike Down #6 Posted November 30, 2019 Thanks for confirming that. I haven't had this that long, and the og ones came out a really long time ago by comparison. Haven't seen a single issue with any gameplay, cd or otherwise.
Cobra Strike Down #7 Posted December 3, 2019 Price lowered to 350. 250 for the terra onion and 100 for the system if purchased separately. Thanks
