130XE With Built in 3.5?

Recommended Posts

I dont know where I saw it and its angering me now because I am unable to "re-find" it lol.. But someone was selling a 130xe with a beautifully done 3.5 mod ...  I am relatively sure this has been done a few times but this was something recent - like NOW - and as always I was going to turn the community on to it. Its not ebay - I think I saw it on another forum possibly?

Has anyone seen what I'm talking about? I even remember the ad stated it was a 65XE and someone corrected the guy that it was a 130, so I definitely thing it was a forum. The mod just looked so clean though... drool.

That looks like an XE case... I'm sort of sure I saw one done using an ST case.

I think there were a couple from Poland?

Piotr Bugaj = zaxon on SellmyRetro and atari.org.pl .

He is the person from whom I bought the XF551 internal floppy controller PCB .
