112 TI Basic Games converted in .BIN for the FinalGrom99, MiSTer and emulators

Recommended Posts

I should look to see if it really actually *needs* extended basic.  It might be possible to re-write it with some dirty tricks if all it needs Ex-basic for is the increased character set.

For many of my TIB games I added the vdp script for ExBas purely to have them work with an XB auto loading menu- strip out the vdp script at the end and delete line one and there is a perfect Basic program ready for conversion to bin. If there are any community members with Classic99 and a few hours, I can supply a dsk of selected former commercial Basic programs with the vdp code deleted..... Be nice to play some of the old Not Polyoptics programs on the real hardware again.

(Technically that's less of a concern than I make it sound, since you could theoretically create a larger cart that includes XB /and/ the program in question... ;) )

I might do it someday, but I just don't have a ton of time. I'll go add it to my list. ;)

Gazoo did it.. (see xb27 easter egg)
