I have reached the spot where I want to incorporate some secondary controls.. I have already order a spinner and a trackball. ..But as for the rotary joysticks (the Mechanical Rotary, 12 steps kind) .. Cynicaster Posted January 5, 2020 Share Posted January 5, 2020 I had a quick look at all the usual places I would check and I don't see Ikari Warriors style sticks anywhere. Weird. If you already have standard joysticks, buttons, track ball, and spinner... I would strongly question the wisdom/practicality of adding in rotary sticks anyway. That control panel sounds awfully crowded as it is. Not only on the top, but you also have to consider the crowdedness of the underside. I imagine those rotary sticks need a fair bit of space under there for wiring. You don't want to spend tons of time and money on a MAME machine that plays everything but plays nothing well.
