Looking for Tom Hudsons "Ray-Tracing Construction Set"

Hi Atarians,

 

I just read the article "Ray-Tracing Construction Set" from Start Volume 1, Number 4. I tried Archive.org and look through the 14GB TOSEC, this cover disk is missing. Does anyone have the cover disk? Tom Hudson is a genius and I'd like to give this a try.

BTW, that magazine article scan I found online(in several places, and several formats) is also missing an explanatory page in the Tom Hudson ray tracer article. I just bought the issue on eBay (sadly no cover disk) and will scan and rectify the missing page problem. The text of the missing page is available, but it will be good to have complete scans.

I am hopeful that Start cover disk turns up via one of you fine people.
