K-Rod 13
Still in shock about the news, will be missed by all. All 3 members a huge influence in my life since seeing them live for the first time in Sept. 1983. R.I.P. Neil.

+JasonlikesINTV
I was shocked and saddened when I heard. I was fortunate enough to see them live 3-4 times over the years. I had 12th row at the St Louis Arena for the Counterparts tour. Niel threw a drumstick and the guy in front of me caught it. Also, I literally just picked up Grace Under Pressure at a thrift store for $1 last weekend.
Oscar G.
RIP Neil Peart. One of the greatest, if not the greatest. Saw Rush Live in Toronto back in 2002. Incredible.

Exit stage left is there best live album.

Special Teams
RIP Neil. I was 13 when 2112 came out and it's the only album I've ever bought in 8-track, LP, CD and digital.
SiLic0ne t0aD
Quite a bummer. Glad I got to see them live at least once, on the Snakes & Arrows tour. RIP Neil.
zzip
I'm in shock too. I thought they said he had retired due to arthritis or other physical ailment that made drumming difficult? I did get to see them four times, I think RIP
