advice on a large item, not vg related

ok, i put this up for auction almost a week ago, and the winner has NOT contacted me yet. Ive sent the invoice and a regular email to them. In the auction I clearly stated (in my opinion, but who knows with ebay) that arrangements should be made within 3 days of auction end. I have NOT heard from the winner. I figured if I had a deadbeat bidder, that would give me enough time to offer a second chance before I move(its not coming with me).

 

do you think im being fair if i offer it to the 2nd chance bidder after the weekend?

I would give the guy 2 weeks. Sometimes some people run into problems (computer, ISP, email, had to go out of town, etc.). If it's already been a little over a week, offering it to the next highest bidder after the weekend sounds fair.
