I've tried to describe everything accurately Software Mouser with box - works Mineshaft with box -works Scuba Venture loose - works Fraction Fever loose - works Crossfire loose - works Cartridge BASIC 1.0 loose - works Lotus 123 cart b only - unknown if it works Andrew Tobiase Manage your Money missing disk - doesn't seem to work, maybe need disk ColorPaint with box - wouldn't boot PCjr system 128 KB Ram - add on port on side, see image, and additional unknown card in the system, drive light and spins - works PCjr system 64KB Ram Gets an ERROR H drive issue, could be dirty connector, bad cable, bad drive, etc. - hitting enter lets it continue to basic. Seems to work fine except for driveHardware 1 chiclet keyboard - works Monitor IBM 4863 color monitor - works 1 Power Supply - works 2 Joysticks 1 new in open box, other used. Used one tested, other hasn't been removed from the box IBM Connector for Television - untested 1 unknown sidecard - untested 1 Racore Drive Two Enhancement Package needs additional power Supply - untested 1 PCjr themal printer - turn on, paper feed button seems to work - haven't tried printing Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Asaki Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 Well yeah, but prices are a bit higher today than they were back then =) ...and it's a bit hard to justify buying more computers when I don't really have the space for the ones I already have... Software and manuals are becoming more and more desirable, though. There's a surprising amount of nostalgia bound up in books & manuals. The information they contain rounds out the experience because they provide tips and clues and direct instruction on how to use the software.
