Help me with Ebay seller.

Ok i won this auction for Texas Chainsaw Massacre with instructions for $76. I Paid more shipping to cover Priority mail cost. Well game arrived about a week later in a bubble mailer but went priority mail and back of cart was broke in corner from shipping. O well i did not pay insurance but he mailed in bubble mailer thats the reason it broke. Then to top off NO INSTRUCTIONS. First he said he had them now he can not find them and wants to talk about refund for instructions. I WANTED INSTRUCTIONS .

NO Instructions NO deal ask for a full refund. I think those instructions are worth at least that. HH
