Looking for original Pitfall! map with every screen

I am looking for an old image that I once had that I can't seem to find online anymore.  It was an image of all 255 screens/levels of the original Pitfall! game.  It wasn't just the map but it was screenshots of every level.  I've turned to AtariAge for help because I can't seem to find this image on my old system and my old links no longer work.  I am going to resurrect an old project that I will release freely once completed.

Thanks for the reply.  I have seen that one but originally I had what I thought was a bmp file that had every actual screen shot of all 256 levels.  I've searched extensively to try and find it again and I have even left a voice mail with Activision's legal dept to see if they respond so I can see if I can get a copy from them.  Doubtful at best but again I appreciate your help.
