Bitfunx Retro Scaler 2x

Has anyone used this and how is it compared to the retrotink 2x? I see it's a knock off of it.

I need it primarily to record C64 games by plugging it in to elgato HD, I play on CRT.

No idea, I have both the original 2X and the 2X Pro and they work great.

 

The original 2X has come down in price.

True but it's out of stock and who knows when it will be available again, this is also cheaper, but I can't find any review of it.

You could email Mike Chi for an update or try one of his resellers.

 

Personally, I don't like knockoffs, not just for quality reasons but also the whole "it takes money out of the pocket of the original designer" thing.
