My 800 with Incognito was like that and since I didn't have time to diagnose it before attending VCFMW, I installed the super colour card in it which fixed it. I decided that 3 working S-Video 48K 400s was enough, so I removed the resistors and wiring, reassembled the 400 and put it away for another day.
