At least the Syscheck is still made and can be used as just a ram upgrade if one wants. Also the Syscheck is the only ram upgrade still being made that doesn't require any soldering. I highly reccomend it. It is very unlikely that you will be able to find a RAM 320XL to buy. It's not cased, and it took me a long time to locate it myself, but i may let it go for a good offer.
